On Thursday, September 27, 2018, the House of Representatives Ways and Means Committee Chairman, Kevin Brady (R-TX) and Ranking Member, Richard Neal (D- MA) co-authored and introduced H. R. 6933, Equal Treatment of Public Servants Act of 2018 dealing with the WEP formula ONLY.
